In 2021, Lever.Media engaged with a stellar non-profit client, CancerCare. CancerCare “is the leading national organization dedicated to providing free, professional support services including case management, counseling, support groups, educational workshops, publications and financial assistance to anyone affected by cancer. All CancerCare services are provided by masters-prepared oncology social workers and world-leading cancer experts.”

CancerCare was looking for a partner to produce a campaign highlighting utilization management. The process manages health care costs by assessing the benefit of a prescribed medication or course of treatment.

Leveraging production expertise, journalism skills and deep research, the Lever.Media team put together a 65-page booklet and a seven-module video suite to help corporate leaders and decision makers understand how these practices can affect employees facing cancer or other serious illness.
